If you are a Pokémon fan, then there are a few amazing news for you that is going to make your day. Nintendo has revealed that the latest games in the Pokémon family, the Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon is coming to Nintendo 3DS on November 17th. The game is the new version of the Pokémon Sun and Moon!
There isn’t much revealed about the new game, but we can expect a new story or a few new story elements, new characters, additional features as well as new Pokémon as well. The games are set in the same universe as Sun and Moon and offers alternative story to play.
The new games include the newer versions of the legendary Pokémon from Sun and Moon, Solgaleo and Lunala, which have been merged with Necrozma, a third legendary Pokémon.
The Pokémon Sun and Moon game that launched last year enjoyed impressive sales and even became the fastest selling Nintendo games ever in Europe and the Americas. This was largely due to the hype created by the release of Pokémon Go at the same time, but still it’s impressive nonetheless.

Earlier, it was expected that the game will be released on Nintendo Switch as well, since Pokkén Tournament was announced for the console, but it has now been confirmed that that’s not the case and it will be a Nintendo 3DS exclusive.
In a statement provided to IGN, the company said that the listing that suggested it’s arrival on Nintendo Switch was a clerical error and the games are not coming to the console.
Apart from the new game, the GameBoy classics, Pokémon Gold and Silver is also coming to the Nintendo 3DS family of systems on September 22. So, it doesn’t matter which type of Pokémon games you like, you are going to get a lot of options in the coming months!
