Kagurabachi has released yet another chapter for the seventh consecutive week. The previous Kagurabachi chapter was filled with action and thrill, given that sorcerers attacked Chihiro and Char, and both of them managed to get out of their atrocious plans safely.

Kagurabachi Chapter 8 Expectations:
The recent chapter of Kagurabachi began by showing the aftermath of Chihiro’s fight with the sorcerers. As they were about to leave, three more sorcerers appeared, looking to claim the bounty. One of them leaped to attack Chihiro, but another person arrived on the scene. After advising Chihiro to put his sword away, he intervened, knocking out two of the sorcerers but injuring his hand in the process.
Upon seeing this person’s badge, the third sorcerer ran away, stating that he didn’t want to make the nation his enemy. This person is named Azami, and after a brief introduction, Chihiro introduced him to Char, revealing that Azami is a member of “The Kamunabi” and they work for the government.
After the introductions, both Azami and Chihiro revisited the café, where Azami greeted Hinao and Shiba. Hinao asked Azami if he was there to take Char into custody, to which he replied that he wished he could, but his focus was on matters that could potentially cause trouble for the nation. Shiba, while mocking Azami, expressed his relief at leaving Kamunabi.
Following that, Azami informed Shiba that the higher-ups wanted to meet him regarding Sojo’s attempt to kidnap Chihiro and Char. Azami added that not all the higher-ups in Kamunabi were aware of Chihiro and the seven enchanted blades, apart from a few who initially helped Chihiro’s father. Azami expressed concern about the danger of having all these blades exposed and suggested they might have to confiscate Chihiro’s blade if he continued to attract attention in the city.
Chihiro inquired about upcoming events, and Azami informed him about an underworld auction set to take place in a month. The auction would include Chihiro’s father’s legendary Shinuchi of the six enchanted blades.
The chapter then shifted to Sojo in a room with two of his higher-ups, reporting on the current situation. Considering the situation, Azami warned Chihiro about how dangerous Sojo is and advised him to leave Sojo to The Kamunabi. Chihiro agreed, still with the intention of going after Sojo.
The chapter concluded with Azami warning them about Sojo and the others, emphasizing that they were clearly planning something significant based on the recent attacks. He advised them to prepare for the upcoming auction.
