The chapter begins with the townsfolk running for their lives as the World Noble tournament gets underway. The people of the island are referred to as “Rabbits,” and points are awarded for killing each Rabbit, with 13 super rare Rabbits and 150 rare Rabbits being the highest-scoring targets. However, Ginny seizes the opportunity to leak this information to the outside world using a Den Den Mushi.
Thanks to the information leak, God Valley becomes surrounded by several pirate ships. Ivankov, frustrated, explains to the other enslaved people that if they survive three days, they will be set free; otherwise, they will meet their demise. However, the survival rate in previous games has been zero.
Ginny devises a strategy, informing everyone that two of the most potent Devil Fruits are present on the island as rewards. She assures them that she is a theft expert. However, the Devil Fruits are located in the middle of the island, and they may need a decoy to achieve this goal. Kuma volunteers to be the decoy, but everyone disagrees, determined that no one will die.
Pirate ships, including the Rocks Pirates, Roger Pirates, and others, make their way to the island and launch an assault. A fierce battle erupts between the Navy and the pirates. The chapter then shifts to sometime in the future, where Ivankov, Ginny, and Kuma are seen taking shelter in a church in the Sorbet Kingdom. Ivankov and Ginny express their gratitude to Kuma, who saved many people from the island thanks to his Devil Fruit powers.
Later, Ivankov embarks on an ocean adventure, while Ginny decides to live with Kuma in the church. In order to earn an honest living, both of them begin selling chopped wood.
During dinner, Ginny asks Kuma about the time he became enslaved. The chapter concludes with both Ginny and Kuma shedding tears of happiness as they have finally achieved freedom after a long and arduous journey.
The chapter coming up in the upcoming week may likely return to the main plot, with the Straw Hat Pirates and Bonney engaged in a battle against Saint Saturn and the Navy.
