Tanjiro Kamado is the main character of Demon Slayer, so it shouldn’t be surprising that you would want to know more about him. Among all the characters in the story, Tanjiro had the most development as we see him grow not only as a Demon Slayer but as a brother and hero.
At the start of the series, he was around 13 years old when his family was attacked by Muzan before setting off to train and learn the Water Breathing Style for the next two years.

Inosuke, when he first met Tanjiro, is a highly active individual that he would often pick fights with him, a notion that Tanjiro often ignores. When fighting demons, he uses a personal Breathing Style he developed called the Beast Breathing Style and is shown to be extremely flexible, a trait that saved him numerous times.

Giyu Tomioka

Giyu Tomioka is one of the first Demon Slayers we are formally introduced to shortly after Tanjiro’s family is killed and Nezuko first awakened as a demon. Rather than being a typical demon slayer, Giyu belongs to a higher rank called the Hashiras, where he is the Water Hashira.
When we were introduced to him at the start, Giyu was around 19 when he first spared Tanjiro and sent him to learn to become a Demon Slayer. Appropriately, following the two-year time skip, Giyu was now 21 years old when Tanjiro became a Demon Slayer.
He has an above-average height compared to his peers at 176 cm and celebrates his birthday early in the year on February 8. The Demon Slayers that meet him often describe Giyu as extraordinarily cool and calm.
Shinobu Kocho

Muichiro Tokito is known through the series as a child prodigy for being one of the youngest demon slayers to become a Hashira with his position as the Mist Hashira. Unlike the two, however, Sanemi was a considerably tall character at 179 cm, which only adds to his intimidating personality and scary appearance.

Despite his frail health, Kagay was an incredible leader who would do everything to ensure the Demon Slayer Corps’ victory against Muzan. This is best demonstrated when he sacrifices himself to Muzan towards the end of the story.
Muzan Kibitsuji

Muzan Kibitsuji is the main villain of the Demon Slayer story, whose main goal is to find a way to live forever. Being the first demon and the progenitor of demon kind, he is about 1000 years old, although his appearance is around his 20s despite being able to change it at will.
During the final battle against the Demon Slayers, Muzan was poisoned with a drug developed by Tamayo and Shinobu, and this drug rapidly accelerated his age. So during the course of the final battle, Muzan aged up to 10,000+ years biologically!
Muzan’s selfish desire for immortality is the main driving force behind his transforming others into demons. He continues these experiments to one day find a demon that can conquer the sun, which is the one weakness that he and many demons share.

Tamayo is one of the many demons Tanjiro meets but is actually one of the first to help with his journey. Having a strong disdain towards Muzan for turning her into a demon, Tamayo is a demon who looks like a young girl of 19 years old but is quite older at about 500 years old.
She is exceptionally skilled with medicine and treating others while also being one of the few demons capable of resisting Muzan’s influence and control.
Living her life as a doctor allowed Tamayo to easily integrate into human society while also finding less deadly means to satiate her hunger. She is considerably shorter compared to many of the cast members at a height of 150 cm while also celebrating her birthday on July 2.
Kokushibo

Kokushibo is one of Muzan’s Upper-Rank Moon, specifically the Upper-Rank One, which makes him the strongest demon that Muzan has in his arsenal. Before becoming a demon, however, Kokushibo was a human named Michikatsu Tsugikuni, the older twin brother of Yoriichi Tsugikuni.
Unlike his younger brother, Kokushibo had a more peaceful upbringing and was frequently doted on by his family. This resulted in him developing a complex towards his brother, which worsened when they met again as adults. Even though Yorichii taught him the Sun Breathing Style, he couldn’t learn it.

Gyutaro is often classified as a dangerous threat among the Demon Slayer Corps, having killed and eaten 13 Hashiras since becoming a demon.
Like Daki, Gyutaro is over 126 years old since he was transformed into a demon alongside his sister at the same time.
