The fight between Gojo and Sukuna is getting more tense with each chapter, and things are not looking good for Gojo. Chapter 232 was off to a good start, with Gojo beating Sukuna to a pulp, but now the outcome of the battle is not looking at the benefits of Gojo. Although he is “The Strongest” in the series, who knows what Gege-sensei has in store for us?
The chapter begins with Mahoraga’s wheel turning for the second time, which tells us that Mahoraga only needs two more spins to adapt to Gojo’s Infinity Void. He still believes he can beat Sukuna as fast as possible, i.e., before Mahoraga adapts to his infinity, and with that, he is so invested in the fight that he starts using his cursed techniques, which allows Mahoraga to adapt.
Chapter 232 ends with a cliffhanger and shows us a situation that was never expected in the manga!

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 233 Expectations:
Since the fight between Gojo and Sukuna began, the series has been facing quite ups and downs as the fight was in an unpredictable state. In one chapter, Gojo would take the upper hand against Sukuna and vice versa. But, with chapter 232, things have started to change.
The chapter begins with Gojo and Sukuna still going for each other throats as the battle is either do or die. The wheel of Mahoraga spins again, making a total count of two. Higurama warns everyone that Mahoraga needs only two more spins until it adapts to Gojo’s trump card, the Infinite Void.
Mahoraga will adapt to Gojo’s infinity if he keeps using his cursed techniques and Domain expansions. The chapter cuts to Gojo attacking Sukuna with his Blue cursed technique wrapped in his hands in the form of small orbs. The tiny orbs start rushing and destroying everything around Sukuna. Using this as an opportunity to attack, Gojo frequently moves to Sukuna’s blind spot to attack him.
Gojo’s Blue C.T. orbs came with a price; the Mahoraga wheel now spins for the third time and notifies everyone that it only needs a single spin to adapt to Gojo’s Infinite Void. Watching this makes Yuji curious about how Mahoraga adapts to attacks. Higurama explains that it either can be the requirement of time or reading the attack if used multiple times.
The manga then cuts back to the fight between the two strongest characters. Gojo tries to deceive Sukuna by making him think he will attack Sukuna with Blue C.T. and use Red C.T. surprisingly. But this doesn’t seem to affect Sukuna, as he activated Domain Amplification just in time.
Sukuna taunts Gojo that his attack has become sloppy, and he lost control after his moves were read. Considering the one standing before Sukuna is Gojo, here comes a surprise. The Red C.T. didn’t explode just yet; it proceeded to rebound from a building and exploded right on Sukuna from the back. Gojo sees this as a perfect opening and rushes towards him.
Using his maximum force, Gojo punches Sukuna with Black Flash, but the force is so massive that Sukuna’s eyes blank out and cause him to knock down.
The Mahoraga wheel finally spins for the fourth time and falls off Sukuna’s head. A shadow suddenly appears and traps Gojo from his feet.
The chapter ends with Mahoraga appearing from the shadow that traps Gojo and slashes him off. A lot of questions arise from the chapter’s end. Will Gojo finally meet his demise and follow the generic shonen catalyst, or will everyone watching him come to his rescue and finally beat Mahoraga?
