After returning from a month-long hiatus and consistently releasing side story chapters for the series, Oshi no Ko manga is finally back on its weekly pace! The previous chapter ended with the anticipated reconciliation between Miyako and Ichigo Saitou after more than ten years.
With the long break coming to an end, the manga will be following the regular weekly schedule yet again! Oshi no Ko chapter 127 will be released in the next issue of Weekly Young Jump magazine.
The brand new chapter of the manga series begins with Miyako returning to Strawberry Productions with Ichigo and telling their employees that the company will be undergoing significant shuffling now. The shuffling will change the duties of certain employees that Miyako will call. Miyako has introduced Ichigo to everyone, and to keep his identity a secret for obvious reasons, she named him a part-timer who will be helping the company.
Shifting from the dark tone and receiving a moment of happiness after a long time, Oshi no Ko has made a definite return to the manga industry to dominate the sales chart once again!
Oshi No Ko Chapter 127 Release Date:
Now that the manga series has returned from the long break, it is all set to follow the regular weekly schedule! Oshi no Ko chapter 127 is set to be released on September 27, 2023, with the next release of Weekly Young Jump magazine.
Oshi no Ko chapter 127 and all of the upcoming chapters will be available to read on the Manga Plus app for free for everyone.
Oshi no Ko Chapter 127 Expectations:
With Miyako now reshuffling everyone, their posts are revealed, and the manager for Mem Cho and Kana Arima has been shuffled, too. Yoshizumi will now be serving as the manager for both of the idols from B-Komachi. Now, the only shoes left to fill are for the manager of Aqua and Ruby, the twin children of the most famous idol, Ai Hoshino.
Miyako will be serving as the manager of Aqua and Ruby, and for the other roles, everything remains the same, and the rest of the work will be under the ‘part-timer’ Ichigo Saitou. But, as everyone was familiar with Ichigo’s face, they all managed to recognize him, and their jaws dropped. Miyako shuts everyone down and sends them to their working stations, and in the room, Ruby arrives.
Ruby consoles Ichigo and knows he always wants to return to his wife, work, and everything he built from scratch. However, Ichigo actually came back as Miyako threatened him with a lawsuit if he didn’t return to Strawberry Productions. It all happened because of Aqua; he summoned Ichigo at his regular drop-by place, and with him, Miyako was sitting and managed to recognize him.
Apart from everything, things between Aqua and Ruby have gotten better, for both worse and better. Ruby thinks that Aqua forced Ichigo to go back to the studio for her sake, and he still loves her like he used to do in his previous life as a doctor. The chapter cuts to Ichigo and Miyako looking at Ruby’s busy schedule as she is famous, for now.
They’re trying their utmost to help Ruby land a job as she’s famous and not let her meet the same fate as Miyako. If you’re unfamiliar, Miyako couldn’t land a job despite being famous as she crossed a certain age. They don’t see Ruby as a one-hit-wonder for them; instead, she’s a potent asset that can last for their company.
Ichigo did the same with Aqua, and now he has made it to the big leagues. Miyako deems herself useless since she couldn’t do a lot for them. But Ichigo reminds her that if she weren’t here, Strawberry Productions wouldn’t have the reputation that they have now. With the end of their conversation, the chapter ends.
The end of the chase is troubling as Ichigo has warned Miyako to look over Aqua as he reaches his breaking point, or has he already? After a long wait, Oshi no Ko is finally setting up the finale for the series, and it seems that Aqua will be going berserk pretty soon, as he is at his breaking point from patience.
Conclusion
The finale of Oshi no Ko is right around the corner, and knowing Aka Akasaka is the writer of the series, the ending might be a little controversial considering the ending of his previous series, Kaguya Sama: Love is War, but take this with a grain of salt.
Oshi no Ko Chapter 127 is set to be released on September 27, 2023, and will continue the series’ epic finale!
