Oshi No Ko returned from its month-long hiatus two weeks ago and has been going more vital than ever. The fans have been impatiently waiting for new chapters of the manga series, and the chapters are finally welcoming them without any foreseeable break!
With the release of the latest Weekly Young Jump magazine issue, the Oshi no Ko chapter 128 release date has been scheduled! According to the magazine, the manga series will return next week without interrupting its release schedule.
The previous chapter of the series left everyone in awe, as the reconciliation between Miyako and Ichigo Saitou has been completed, and both of them have returned to their specific positions at Strawberry Productions. It would keep the company afloat and help the members of the B-Komachi Idol group to get a much bigger focus on the grand stage of Idols.
Aqua is the most mainstream and famous idol belonging to the B-Komachi group. However, even if he’s the most famous out of all of the other idols, he has reached a certain breaking point, and the last chapter’s end has left the fans in a state of confusion as there is no idea of what Aqua might do.

Oshi no Ko Chapter 128 Expectations:
The latest chapter of the series begins with Miyako standing before all of the B-Komachi female members, Mem-Cho, Kana Arima, and Ruby Hoshino, explaining that their film “15-Year Lie” will begin filming next week. It is one of the most significant projects Strawberry Productions will ever invest in, and that’s why Miyako wants all members to do their best.
All of the members will have leniency, too, and the movie is set to warp up filming within the third week of August. However, there is a reason why the filming will be ending a little late. Kana Arima’s graduation is right around the end of the month, so Miyako wants everyone to use their extra days for script reading and rehearsing their acting.
Ichigo is here to save the day and says Kana’s graduation will be delayed by the end of the year as he has planned a B-Komachi live tour at the same time, too. So, Ichigo has postponed her graduation to stop the schedule from clashing. This decision was approved by Kana herself, as she doesn’t want everyone to get busy with their schedule just because of her graduation performance.
While everyone was talking, the director unexpectedly arrived at the studio and brought the final script of their movie. All members read their roles; one is shocked, one is happy, and one is sad with their role, but something is missing. The actor that will reprise the role of a child is missing because the director couldn’t find one.
Finding a child actor, in general, is much more challenging for the director, and after he leaves the studio, he still plans to look for a suitable actor. Aqua is eavesdropping on the conversation, and as soon as he hears about a child actor, he goes for help to the Crow Girl. She’s also one of the people who got reincarnated in the same world but as another vessel from a mother, similar to Ruby and Aqua.
Aqua directly jumps to the main reason for the conversation and asks her to be a part of the movie that they’re making. The Crow Girl is suddenly confused and starts talking gibberish about her ability to transfer from one vessel to another; Aqua shuts her down again and says that she can at least act in a movie. The same thing happens again, but Aqua states persistent.
The chapter ends with Aqua telling the Crow Girl that she talks like an elder who thinks they are all high and mighty but can’t do anything simultaneously. With the next chapter of the series, we will know the answer to The Crow Girl, whether she wants to be part of the cast or not in the studio. Mem-Cho, Aqua, and Ruby will most likely begin rehearsing their roles.
Conclusion
The filming is about to begin, and it might be possible for the Crow Girl to accept Aqua’s offer to play in the movie, or Aqua might do something to persuade her.
