The recent chapter starts with Android 18 launching Gotenks toward Cell Max, and upon hitting Cell Max’s head, the impact seemed to have done noticeable damage. Witnessing this gave Gamma 2 an idea; he asked everyone to pin Cell Max down. Afterward, Gamma 2 made his way high into the sky and soared downwards at an incredible speed.
With the collective effort of everyone, Gamma 2 delivers a decisive blow to Cell Max. However, he misses the head and ends up severing one of Cell Max’s arms. Cell Max attempts to crush Gamma 2 with his foot, but Piccolo intervenes just in time to save him.
Krillin reminds Piccolo of the time when he transformed into a giant. Piccolo, realizing the effectiveness of this Idea, ends up turning into a giant to face Cell Max.
Looking at Piccolo’s massive size, Gohan starts to believe in an easy victory. However, Piccolo clarifies that his size is merely a bluff and doesn’t significantly increase his strength. Piccolo then takes out his last Senzu bean, intending to give it to Gohan. Unfortunately, Cell Max’s attack sends the Senzu bean flying away.
Gohan tries to go after the Senzu bean but is stopped mid-way by Cell Max; as the Senzu bean is about to fall into the abyss, Pan runs towards it, fetching it and passing it to Gohan. After thanking her, Gohan eats it, granting him immense power.
Gohan makes his way towards Piccolo, who is in the midst of his battle with Cell Max; both are giving each other a tough time and as Cell Max is about to land an attack on Piccolo, Gohan arrives, punching Cell Max and overwhelming him with attacks one after another.
In the meantime, Piccolo rallies everyone and instructs Gohan that once they manage to pin Cell Max down, he should unleash his full power without restraint. The chapter concludes with Cell Max getting on his feet again, and everyone prepares to commence this strategy.
The upcoming chapter will likely focus on everyone extracting the plan Piccolo came up with, ultimately showcasing the aftermath of this plan, whether it was successful or not.
