After the end of the long-running Bangkok arc in Sakamoto Days, things have calmed down in the manga, and everything is more satirical now instead of focused on breathtaking action and serious sequences. Sakamoto Days chapter 132 release date is announced to follow the regular schedule, meaning the chapter is officially a week away.
As expected, chapter 131 of Sakamoto Days begins with Sakamoto and his gang putting up a good use for Kashima, interrogating him to churn out information.
At first, Kashima hesitates to sell out his friends to Sakamoto. Hearing this makes Sakamoto more curious, and he asks Shin to torture him to force out the information. Shin tortures Kashima using a drill machine to damage his body even more.
Chapter 131 was something you could call “a sigh of relief” as the chapter is finally focused more on the slice-of-life side of Sakamoto Days rather than the bad-ass action sequences. The chapter ends with Kashima finally agreeing to tell everything he knows but on a condition.

Chapter 132 of Sakamoto Days is finally set to open the doors behind the mystery of Akao in the body of Master X, i.e., Uzuki. Now that Kashima is finally joining hands with Sakamoto to save his master, the suspense and hype for the next arc are building up.
Sakamoto Days Chapter 132 Expectations:
A brand new arc is set up for Sakamoto Days with chapter 132. Chapter 131 had some critical points, with Kashima finally agreeing to help Sakamoto debunk the mystery of Uzuki and his alleged multiple personalities, Akao, and of course, where Uzuki is hiding after he kidnapped Akira after the massacre in the warehouse where everything was destroyed, thanks to Kashima.
In chapter 131, it was confirmed that Uzuki has a personality disorder, and that’s why he can act or talk just like Akao. It’s not Akao in his body but his split personality.
Trying to squeeze every bit of Kashima’s information, Shin will do anything he can. Shin drops a bomb of questions on Kashima, asking him about the split personality of Uzuki, how many of them are there, and what is their next move.
Although not much remains of Kashima’s mechanical body, Shin guarantees he will provide him with a proper repair of the body if he gets the information he needs from Kashima. Being stubborn as ever, Kashima declines. Shin gives up temporarily as Kashima’s will is strong.
Hana arrives in the room and tells Sakamoto that the dinner is ready, and everybody leaves the room after tying up Kashima. Kashima then recollects his thoughts and thinks this world is always unfair. After a few moments of recollection of thoughts, Hana quietly and surprisingly enters the room as she feels sorry for Kashima. She picks him up in her bag and takes him outside to get repaired.
Luckily Sakamoto finds out and searches for both of them while having murderous intent for Kashima. The chapter cuts back to Hana taking Kashima to a toy shop to repair his mechanical body. After some repairs, Kashima finally had his body back, but he had tank-like wheels instead of the average pair of legs.
Kashima explains to Hana that he is her dad’s enemy and Sakamoto would be mad if he saw that his daughter repaired his body without his knowledge.
Hana replied that his dad is not like that, as he wants to help everyone in need, and she is following in his footsteps. Listening to this, Kashima thinks everyone loves Sakamoto in this town, as he is willing to die for everyone’s safety. This makes him ask himself who he was protecting all this time.
While he is questioning himself, a car comes flying towards Hana unexpectedly, and suddenly, Kashima tries his best to stop the car from hitting Hana.
Everything was fine, Hana was saved, and Kashima didn’t get any damage from the car. Sakamoto arrives at the scene as he is looking for Hana and Kashima. Kashima asks Sakamoto to end his misery as everybody has abandoned him, but he refuses. Sakamoto has no interest in killing anyone, including Uzuki and Kashima.
The chapter ends with Kashima finally forming an alliance with Sakamoto and agreeing to tell him everything he knows but on a condition. That condition is that Sakamoto and his gang will save Uzuki no matter what.
Now that everything is set for the next major arc of Sakamoto Days, big things will be revealed soon. Our mighty galore of questions will be answered: how did Uzuki obtain multiple personalities, and why only Akao’s? All of these questions will be answered in the following chapters.
