Many otakus worldwide were curious about when Attack on Titan Final Season Part 3 is coming out, and I have the answer for you right here. It’s not long before we see the conclusion to this epic series that made the anime industry famous in every corner of the world!
The most thrilling anime is finally ending, and its final season has been confirmed and is set to premiere in a couple of days. We were led to believe that Attack On Titan’s Final Season Part 2 would be the conclusion, but the season ended on a cliffhanger. And now, with only a few manga chapters left to be adapted, we are waiting for the Final Season, Part 3.
So, what is the release date? The first episode of Attack on Titan Final Season Part 3 premieres on March 4, 2023. However, there’s bad news here, too, as Part 3 will further be split and aired in two parts.
The manga series has concluded, and only a couple of chapters left, chapters 130 to 139, need to be adapted. So, Part 3 was supposed to be a very short season, with 4-5 episodes, but that’s no longer the case. I just hope they don’t stretch out the story to accommodate more episodes. I think the creators will expand the lore and make the conclusion more epic and much better than what happened in the manga.
That’s just wishful thinking because apart from the release date, we have no information about the final season of the series!
When Does Attack On Titan Final Season Part 3 Come Out?
The anime adaptation of Attack on Titan has been phenomenal. It’s been great from the beginning, and it’s done an excellent job of sticking to the source material, i.e., the manga, and conveying the story that the author, Hajime Isayama, has conceived!
A total of 87 episodes of Attack on Titan have been released so far across multiple seasons. The Final Season has 28 episodes in total, with Part 1 having 16 episodes and Part 2 having only 12 episodes. And now, we are waiting for Part 3.
It was confirmed that the final season would release sometime in 2023, but now we also have the exact date. The anime is all set to return on March 4, 2023.
Studio MAPPA has taken up the task of animating the final season of this epic series. Previously Wit Studio was working on Attack on Titan’s anime adaptation, but the responsibility was handed over to MAPPA as they have adapted the two parts of the Final Season and will likely do till the anime concludes.
As I said earlier, the manga has concluded, and only a few chapters are left to be animated. “The War For Paradise Arc” is the last arc of Attack On Titan, and we saw that Eren has finally seized control of the Founding Titan’s full powers and unleashed the “rumbling” on the world. He’s decided to commit genocide, and that’s where Part 2 of the Final Season ended.
I am a manga reader, I read manga for all the anime I like, but I never really read Attack on Titan’s manga because I wanted to experience the story on my screen in the form of anime. However, I was forced to read the final chapters because I just couldn’t wait to know what would happen following the rumbling, and I have to say that the last chapters did not disappoint.
It would be really fun to see these last few chapters getting the anime adaptation and the two warring groups joining to stop Eren from destroying the entire world and killing all living things on the planet.
Attack on Titan Final Season Part 3 – Official Trailer:
What Is Attack On Titan All About?
The plot of Attack on Titan is set in an apocalyptic world where humanity is at the mercy of Titans, human-eating giants. Humans have imprisoned themselves inside giant walls, all for the sake of saving humankind from these ruthless and deadly titans.
Nobody had any idea where they came from and what they wanted. Things changed when one of the walls broke, and the titans attacked humanity, killing Eren’s mother in the process. Our boy, the protagonist in some aspects, witnesses his mother being ruthlessly torn apart by these titans. The incident shattered Eren thoroughly, but without having any choice, he had to keep going. He enrolled in the military and trained to be a stronger version of himself.
It was later revealed that Eren could transform into a titan himself, and we discovered that there are “Titan Shifters,” humans with the power to transform into a Titan. At first, everyone thought that only Eren could transform, but other Titan Shifters were later introduced in the story.
Many twists unfold, and different gigantic and powerful Titans start appearing. The heroic team pushed themselves to the limits and fought to protect humanity. The deadly and tiring process, sometimes disappointing as well, made our heroes into what they are now. Out of them all, Eren grew stronger and stronger to the point of rigidness.
The story became dark when realities hit the protagonist hard, and he wished to end the world. This was the turning point for Eren, who shifted from being a protagonist to an antagonist within no time. There is still a debate about calling him the antagonist because one cannot call his reasoning wrong!
In the last season, we have seen Eren’s transformation and bringing an army of titans along with him! The season was worth the wait and the same we expect from the upcoming part.
Will Eren destroy the world, or will someone be able to stop him? These are all the questions whose answers will be given in the upcoming Part 3. You can expect some spine-chilling and amazing scenes as the end approaches. A lot of heartbreaking moments have been expected from the finale. So, hold your hearts firmly because this will be a crazy ride.
Conclusion
So, that brings us to the end of this article. There won’t be any more updates to this article as the Attack on Titan Final Season Part 3 release date is just around the corner.
Now, all we need to do is watch as Eren’s Rumbling destroys the world and if anyone can stop him from completely annihilating the human race. And we’ll also see if the characters in the show, including Eren, Mikasa, and Armin, get a happy ending or not because everyone who has survived till the end deserves one!
