OnePlus 5 is inching closer to its official launch on June 20, followed by the India launch on June 22. However, there are still no solid details available regarding the specs of the flagship device, or the pricing for that matter.
What we do know about the smartphone is that it will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and is rumored to come in four variants and 6GB/8GB models. Though there is no official news about the pricing of the device, it seems that True Tech has the answer to that question. According to the website, the smartphone will be priced at Rs. 32,999 for the 6GB RAM/64GB internal storage variant and Rs. 37,999 for the 8GB RAM/128GB internal storage variant.
There were earlier reports that the pricing of the smartphone is going to be more than the OnePlus 3 and the OnePlus 3T and it is to be expected because OnePlus 5 comes with the best specs and is up against powerhouses like Samsung Galaxy S8.
A few days ago, Evan Blass tweeted out an excerpt that he obtained from the source code of Amazon India’s OnePlus 5 page, and confirmed that the smartphone will sport a Snapdragon 835 processor and will feature 8GB of RAM.

Apart from that, the smartphone is more than likely to sport a dual camera setup (as suggested by the leaked sketches) and will come with a 5.5-inch full HD display. Since there isn’t much known about the upcoming flagship device, we have no choice but to wait a few days for the official launch to get all the details.
