Check if the Wi-Fi is set to ON
This is one of the basic things you need to check on your device under the Settings panel. If it’s not on, then just turn it on.
Restart your iPhone
Sometimes most of the issues get corrected simply by turning the iPhone off and on again. Restart will also solve any connectivity issues on your iPhone.
Toggle the Wi-Fi Assist
The Wi-Fi Assist is available under the Mobile Data in Settings panel. It connects automatically to cellular data when the Wi-Fi connectivity is low. What you can do is simply toggle it On & Off once. It will correct iPhone not connecting to WiFi issue, most of the times.
Reset Network Settings

Update iOS Version
